World Vision's partnership with iCohere

World Vision is one of the largest non-governmental organizations in the world working to transform the lives of the world's poorest children. The scope and breadth of World Vision's work reaches into every corner of the globe.

We were honored to begin a partnership with World Vision in 2004 by designing and hosting a worldwide online conference in support of a face-to-face event in Bangkok. This blended conference brought stakeholders from around the world to work together toward eradicating world hunger.

The partnership continues today through World Vision’s Peacebuilding online community, which will support a large-scale online conference to be held in 2009 with six connected locations in regions impacted by poverty and war. Participants will gather together and work with other regions to learn from them and to create peacebuilding strategies.

Building on our work with global collaboration to effect and implement socially responsible practices, we have provided World Vision with consulting services to distill the most efficient and cost-effective ways to bring together these various regions meeting across time zones and cultures.
