Training

Our start-up training is free.

We train your site administrators and facilitators to use the iCohere platform to launch and host collaborative online communities.

Training includes three training sessions (a total of 5 hours, customized for your site).

During your training, you and an iCohere community expert will work in your new iCohere site. Our training team will provide coaching and examples along the way. At the end of your training, your site will be configured and ready for initial use.

Our support doesn't end there. We provide your site administrators and facilitators with free, ongoing technical support. You can always contact us for helpful hints or advice.

 

 
 
 

Support

Our standard technical support package includes:

  • Unlimited technical support, provided from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm U.S. Eastern time on weekdays, for up to three designated client contacts.
  • Unlimited login support for your end users who, for any reason, experience problems accessing your iCohere site.
  • Flexibility to contact us via email, phone or text chat.
  • Quick, courteous and thorough support solutions.
