- Moderation and facilitation training, coaching, and assistance
Moderating and facilitating online events and communities can be challenging. Our coaching will teach you how to: recruit key contributors, engage the audience without alienating them, optimize lead time before events, maximize outreach, and much more.
- Strategic consulting for specific projects
We consult with your leadership teams to define specific objectives for your community initiatives, lay out project goals and budgets for your program proposals, help you secure approval for funding, assist you with implementing your programs as defined, and help you create processes for obtaining quantitative and qualitative outcome measurements.
- Advanced technical support
Enhanced technical support services include end-user technical support, 24-hour technical support, technical support for international online events, and technical support for database or application integrations implemented for you with iCohere.
- Production services
We can assist you with transforming live events into interactive online events, using audio and video recording editing, and production. We can help you record content on site or remotely. All content can be archived for quick online access. In addition to AV services, we also provide moderators and facilitators to help foster highly interactive online events.
- Advanced strategies
Our six-month training and consultation package helps you implement strategies to encourage interaction and engagement; this process begins with an analysis of your goals and needs and creates a roadmap for designing, implementing and facilitating an environment that will guide you towards those outcomes.
