Access your site directly from iCohere's servers. Our servers are hosted and managed by Rackspace Managed Hosting and include:

Site License

The IT infrastructure required to host iCohere on your own servers includes:

Web Server with either Netscape iPlanet or Microsoft IIS version 4 or 5 and Macromedia's Cold Fusion version 5.0 or MX
Database Server with Microsoft's SQL Server version 7.0 or 2000
MAPI-compliant email client (like Outlook) for external email message forwarding and automated reports

Security

Whether our software resides on your servers or ours, security is a primary concern. We provide a number of features and options for ensuring that your data is safe and secure:

HTTPS capable with Verisign Secure Sockets option
Role-based security levels
Formats for passwords completely configurable
Default password or randomly generated password options
Settings for how often passwords have to be changed
Timeouts can be set for workstation security
Users can be made inactive if they don't login for specified time period
Uploaded documents and files are stored on drives inaccessible to internet and temporarily copied to randomly named folders during download
For iCohere hosted sites, database server is inaccessible to the Internet (accessed by web server via calls over a private network)
