Organizational Change Initiatives |
Through providing consulting and supportive technologies, we work with large organizations to expand the impact of their change initiatives. Among the national and global organizations we have had the privilege of working with are the American Society of Association Executives & the Center for Association Leadership, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Toronto District School Board, and World Vision International.
One example of our work in organizational development is our OvationNet partnership with David Cooperrider, founder of Appreciative Inquiry.

Established by David Cooperrider at Case Western Reserve University, Appreciative Inquiry mobilizes the speed of collective imagination and innovation, bringing together hundreds - and sometimes thousands - of people in a compelling process that leads to new business models and actionable projects, all focused on substantially elevating organizational performance and results.
Through a collaborative partnership with David Cooperrider, iCohere has co-developed a customized online platform and approach for enabling organizations to build a sustainable capability for appreciative inquiry-driven innovation. |
