|
 Successful
organizational change results from many factors. Solid leadership, organizational
readiness, a well-defined process, and guidance by seasoned organizational development
(OD) professionals often play important roles in driving change. Many initiatives,
however, underutilize the potential of technology as a means of engaging teams,
groups and the broader organization, and ultimately miss important opportunities
to accelerate the change. The challenge is that while OD-focused technology tools
exist, most involve surveys and assessments, rather than addressing the collaborative
nature of the strategic change process itself. |
