American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) & The Center for Association Leadership - Associations Make a Better World Virtual Conference
The first of its kind for ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, this international virtual conference represents a new trend in association online events - events that allow for participation over several days and that focus on more than simply delivering content by including structured networking activities and opportunities for member collaboration. The three-day ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership virtual conference involved 175 registrants and included an engaging mix of real-time meetings, pre-recorded streaming presentations, online discussion and resource sharing. |

The New Media Consortium - NMC Online Conference Series
The New Media Consortium serves as the connection point between high technology companies, universities, and museums, and provides multi-day online conferences and learning events using iCohere's platform. In partnership with Macromedia and iCohere, in 2003, the NMC conducted its first ever four-day online conference that included 250 registered attendees. The NMC continues to use iCohere for both its online learning events and most recently, for supporting its annual convention. In 2004, the NMC extended its virtual conference model by providing convention attendees with online access to presentations, information and networking opportunities that supported the face-to-face venue, while concurrently enabling virtual access to those unable to attend the physical meeting. |

American Public Transportation Association - Virtual Town Hall
The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) moved beyond the traditional one-hour webcast by creating an online interactive " Virtual Town Hall " for over 50 chapters. This event enabled group collaboration and knowledge sharing across chapters through live and recorded presentations from industry experts, online breakout rooms and web and teleconferences. APTA's innovative approach to chapter collaboration now serves as a new model for member engagement, fostering new relationships and enabling best practices sharing. |

Learning Technology Standards Committee - Workgroup Collaboration
The IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee (LTSC) is chartered by the IEEE Computer Society Standards Activity Board to develop accredited technical standards, recommended practices, and guides for learning technology. Standards development accomplished through working groups and includes a combination of face-to-face meetings, teleconferences, and collaboration through iCohere. |

Western Association of Schools and Colleges - Online Accreditation Process & Member Collaboration
In a close collaboration with the Accrediting Commission for Schools of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), iCohere's platform has been configured to support WASC's accreditation process. This partnership has resulted in a streamlined collaborative process that enables a broader group of stakeholders to participate, collaborate and obtain support through online learning tools, which ultimately enhances the quality of the process and reduces costs. iCohere's software is currently in the second phase of a two-year pilot with the potential for a broader application to the 3500 institutions served by WASC. |
