Lance A. Simon has thirty years of experience selling, implementing, and managing enterprise software products and services. His key skills lie in relationship management, consulting, mentoring, and customizing solutions that delight clients and partners. Lance leads the iCohere global sales team, contributes heavily to marketing strategy, and is responsible for the worldwide client installed base.
Lance developed the online, interactive course and certificate program called Meetings Without Walls™, which has graduated over 300 professionals as Certified Virtual Event Producers. Lance has spent his entire career working with technology, beginning in 1982 as a personal computer salesperson. His experience has included software engineering, IT, product management, marketing and sales at over a dozen large and small enterprise software companies. Lance has focused on serving association/nonprofit and government clients since 2001.
Dr. Amanda Batson, education architect and consultant, founded ADB Partners in 2004 specializing in Education on Demand. A major focus is quality hybrid learning and helping organizations achieve dynamic balance between face-to-face (f2f) and online experiences. Her consultant services include organizational planning, education design, speaking, research, writing, and facilitation of both in-person and virtual events, communities and courses. Through collaboration with ADB Partners, iCohere's clients will now benefit from expertise in education architecture, strategic design and program development.
Karen Niles has worked in the field of professional development since graduating from Oxford University in Oxford, England. She has served in leadership positions with distinguished organizations such as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Council for Exceptional Children, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Graduate School. She specializes in strategic planning, needs assessment, program design, delivery, management, and evaluation of continuing education programs. Through the new partnership, iCohere's clients benefit from enhanced services for the design and development of effective online conference experiences for their national and international constituents. Niles specializes in working with iCohere clients who are just beginning the process of developing an online conference.
Sue Brundege is an Organizational Learning Facilitator at Integrated Work, providing facilitation and coaching to clients in the areas of leadership, communication, peer learning, and team-building. As a certified coach, Sue provided organizational development consulting for a major healthcare system, including leadership coaching and communication skills training. She has owned her own company, coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. Prior to that, Sue worked for a global engineering and technical services firm in communication and sales training, proposal writing, and Web content management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in organizational management.
