Yale Wishnick is the former Director for the California Teachers Association Institute for Teaching – a cutting edge nonprofit organization committed to teacher driven strength-based school change. Dr. Wishnick has over 30 years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, college professor, and a teacher union representative. His academic training includes graduate degrees in Labor Education, Organization Development, and a doctorate from the University of San Francisco in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Wishnick is currently the co-director of the Southwest Institute for ViolenceFree Learning – an animal sanctuary and think tank dedicated to ending animal cruelty, child abuse, and domestic violence

Fr. Anthony Krisak serves as the Director of Training and Online Services at the Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association and as an Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Counseling at Loyola College in Maryland since 1978. He has studied at The Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley (Th.M.) and at The Catholic University of America (M.A., S.T.L., S.T.D.), where he completed his doctorate in sacramental theology.

As a teacher/administrator in both live and online settings, Tony has learned to integrate online technology with the objectives of training and education. For PNCEA’s virtual conferences and for its online training center, he has developed online settings, through iCohere, in which people can gather together for training, discussion, viewing exhibits, and participating in live question and answer sessions. For the previous conferences, he has worked closely with Sr. Susan Wolf, SND, the former executive director of PNCEA. With a small staff of seven people at PNCEA, Tony has managed the design, registration, and execution not only of the overall conferences and training center, but has also helped other teachers and facilitators to present their information in a way that attracts participants and invites ongoing interaction.

Lindsey Godwin is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business, Morehead State University and received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, where she studied with the founders of Appreciative Inquiry.

Lindsey has worked on AI projects with the UN, World Vision, Houston Schools, Weatherhead School of Management, and other organizations.

In collaboration with David Cooperrider, the leading thought leader on Appreciative Inquiry (AI), she has been a partner in the development and facilitation of OvationNet, which provides online experiential workshops that focus on teaching the foundations of AI. She is currently a knowledge manager for the AI Commons and served as content manager for the 2007 International AI Conference in Orlando, FL and is the Co-Chair for the 2009 World Appreciative Inquiry Conference in Nepal.

Patricia O’Leary manages iCohere’s Conferences and Courses. Her professional background embraces a wide spectrum, from project management and software training to technical writing and theatrical costume design. She has given training sessions all over the world in how to create work process procedures. She is also a skilled photographer and sewing instructor. Patricia holds a Master’s degree in community nutrition from the University of Minnesota.

Lance has over 20 years experience selling, implementing, and managing enterprise software products and services. His skills lie in relationship management, consulting, and customizing solutions that delight clients and partners. Lance has focused on serving the association/nonprofit and government marketplaces since 2001.
