Founded by a former dean at John F. Kennedy University and the former manager of Hewlett-Packard‘s internal strategy and organizational development consulting group, iCohere‘s software and approach address the success factors involved in engaging groups of people in productive online communication and collaboration. Clients range from small to large organizations and include educational institutions, non-profits, and corporations.

CPsquare (www.cpsquare.com) is the community of practice on communities of practice. CPsquare is like a town square, a place where people gather to connect and learn together, where many of us are joining in this enterprise from a variety of organizations in the private and public sectors. CPsquare is a way for us to walk the talk. Like all communities of practice, CPsquare consists of an ecology of interconnected activities that provide many ways for people to participate, benefit, and build a shared practice.
